Head of Sales & Partnerships

COFFEE & CODED is looking for a dynamic, driven sales & partnerships expert who is as passionate about social impact as they are about building successful relationships. We are a mission-driven organization dedicated to inspiring young women to learn to code and pursue roles in technology. You will be working directly with the Founder.

Our short term goals include:

  • - Developing strategy for brand partnerships/sponsorships
  • - Developing on-campus relationships with local universities
  • - Building and strengthening relationships with other local coding, entrepreneurship, bootcamp, and accelerator organizations
  • - Furthering relationships with industry experts
  • - Sourcing talent for our speaker/educational events

Social Media & Marketing Intern

COFFEE & CODED is looking for a sharp, creative, engaging social media intern who is interested in furthering his/her skills and gaining experience in social media and marketing. We are a mission-driven organization dedicated to inspiring young women to learn to code and pursue roles in technology. You will be working directly with the Founder and using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Insights, Buffer, Mailchimp, Canva, and more!

Our short term goals include:

  • - Developing marketing & social media campaign for upcoming Kickstarter campaign (Launching Sep 15)
  • - Identifying and Building relationships with social media influencers on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
  • - Furthering our aesthetic by sourcing and developing creative content and looking for creative ways to grow our presence (followers, engagement, reach)
  • - Defining Social Media KPIs & track related analytics
  • - Creating a schedule for release and automation of our social media campaigns
  • - Running our Google & Facebook Ads campaign including defining keywords, target market, and copy
  • - Developing strategy to integrate giveaways and email capture campaigns
  • - Creating and setting email newsletter campaigns

Event Coordinator Intern

COFFEE & CODED is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful intern to help with event coordination. We typically host 1-2 events per month; events are the largest part of our business and mission and where we engage with our audience the most. We are a mission-driven organization dedicated to inspiring young women to learn to code and pursue roles in technology. You will be working directly with the Founder.

Our short term goals include:

  • - Coordinating & developing launch event for the kickoff of our Kickstarter campaign (Sep 15)
  • - Managing RSVP and Attendance lists at COFFEE & CODED events
  • - Conducting venue and vendor research & Booking space
  • - Coordinating Giveaways/Prizes, Speakers, Food/drinks & Featured Guests
  • - Creating & managing engaging and exciting moments at events to feature on social media
  • - Managing and tracking event budget
  • - Basic administrative & logistic duties

E-Commerce Operations Intern

COFFEE & CODED is looking for an organized, results-oriented intern to help us with the launch of our Kickstarter (Sep 15) and full merchandise line. We will be hosting our store through Shopify and fulfilling orders through printful. You will be working directly with the Founder helping with the setup of the store, order-tracking, website integration, and setup of a customer service chatbot module through Facebook Messenger.

Our short term goals include:

  • - Coordinating & Integrating Kickstarter Orders with Shopify system for quick fulfillment.
  • - Managing & Tracking Orders, Inventory, and Fulfillment through shopify
  • - Updating Shopify store by Uploading new products, writing product copy, and product tags
  • - Integrating Shopify with current website build (custom HTML/CSS)
  • - Managing sales, special promotions, and custom promo codes for influencer partners
  • - Reporting strong sellers and slow sellers, product requests, merchandising suggestions
  • - Analyzing shopping cart and purchasing activity via our Google Analytics Platform
  • - Analyzing sales revenue and expense metrics to maximize profitability
  • - Assisting with photoshoots and videoshoots to market merchandise
  • - Building out a reliable customer service platform using Facebook Messenger Chatbot
